How to Delete files
Tip 1: A quick way to get to File Explorer is to press Windows Key + E.
How to Delete files From Network Drive
1. Navigate to the search bar next to the Windows Start Menu.
2. Enter "File Explorer" and select This PC .
3. Select the Drive: IE.. jdoe\\ccl-ac-fstore)(U:)choose a folder on the left side of the window.
4. Choose what files should be deleted
5. To select all files in the Downloads folder, press Ctrl+A.
6. Right-click the selected files and select Delete.

9. Select the Downloads folder on the left side of the window.
10. To select all files in the Downloads folder, press Ctrl+A.
11. Right-click the selected files and select Delete.

Tip 2: You can also select more than one file to be deleted at the same time. Press and hold the CTRL key as you select multiple files to delete. To select a long list of files click the first file in the list, press and hold SHIFT, then click the last file in the list.
