Registering Your Badge at the Printers

NOTE: Before registering your badge at the printer, you must know your Printing PIN number. Your printing PIN number would have been sent in an email prior to orientation.

1. Press the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the touchscreen on the printer

2. Enter your Printing PIN

3. Press the Register Your Badge button

4. Tap and hold your badge to the reader located on the front side of the copier.

5. You will receive a message stating that it has been successfully registered.

6. Log out of the printer

7. Hold your badge up to the badge reader to verify you can login using your badge
