How to Sign into the VPN

The following steps will guide you through how to connect to the Beyond Support Virtual Private Network (VPN) that allows you to securely connect to IT resources while working remotely.

NOTE: Before proceeding, make sure you have setup your Watchguard VPN account and the Watchguard Authpoint Application

1. On your computer, open the Mobile VPN with SSL Client desktop shortcut, or launch the program from the taskbar.

2. The WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL program will then open. Make sure the Server address is: 70.16.40.148

3. Your username MUST be entered in the following format using all lowercase. Your username is the first five letters of your last name and the first letter of your first name. For example, Michael Scott username would be authpoint\scottm

4. Enter your VPN password and click Connect

5. Open the WatchGuard Authpoint app on your cell phone and approve the sign in request.

6. After selecting Approve your computer will be connected to the VPN.

7. To disconnect from the VPN, right-click on the Watchguard icon in the taskbar and select Disconnect
