Setup Your Voicemail

To set up your extension and voicemail greeting follow the steps below.

1. Pick up the handset and press the 'VMsg' button to enter the voicemail options

2. Press 76 on the keypad and follow the instructions to record your name

3. Press 4 on the keypad and follow the instructions to record your voicemail greeting

When you are done, press the pound key (#) to exit the voicemail menu and hang up the handset.

NOTE: If you would like to receive your voicemails as an email attachment, please open a ticket with the IT Department.
